Shoes, beautiful Shoes!

Hi Ladies,

I went to Oxford Street today, and although tried on what felt like half of Zara I didnt end up with any purchases :-( though not through lack of trying!the items I picked up in size S were too big and the shirts in size XS were too small (they must have changed their basic shirt shape as size XS used to fit me perfectly), which was frustrating. But with hindsight I so should have bought these beautiful shoes:
49.99 white slingbacks with chocolate brown trim and small tassles on the peeptoe. Basically the perfect summer shoe, but I hesitated over the price so hopefully they'll have some when I go back :-)

The photo doesnt do this blouse justice, its a much more vibrant blue colour. I picked this up in a size small but although nice a little oversized it was adding too much floaty bulk so an XS would be more flattering, but they were out of stock. Keeping my eyes peeled though :-)

I saw from Topshop's tweets that Olivia Palermo was in Oxford Circus Topshop this morning so arrived too late for a bit of celeb spotting, gutted!

Hope you're having a lovely weekend

Finding the Time!

Hi Ladies,
Does anyone else feel like time is going by so quickly?! Its London Fashion Week (LFW) AW11 and yet spring/summer fashion has barely appeared! Though having a sneak peak the Maria Grachvogel show looked super stylish.
I've been so snowed under with work that i've noted my hair is starting to look a little frazzled. I have my hair colour tomorrow which is why i havent done any YouTube videos this week, and know my hairdresser will tell me off for lack of deep conditioning. I just struggle to get up at the 5am alarm to deep condition for an hour before work these days, oh how I miss the student life! :-) even browsing through http://www.asos.com/ can take a whole evening I find, and so for all of us looking for what we want right here, right now, here's this week's top 3 speedy but quality products:
1. Save yourself time not rummaging through the jersey section of Topshop and order online, i've scouted the shops for a cheaper equivalent but so far nothings beating it.  http://www.topshop.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?beginIndex=0&viewAllFlag=&catalogId=33057&storeId=12556&productId=2255451&langId=-1&sort_field=Relevance&categoryId=230160&parent_categoryId=203984&sort_field=Relevance&pageSize=20
2. According to Look magazine 21st Feb 2011 "This brilliant mask smooths and repairs damaged locks, leaving you with as much shine and bounce as Cheryl. Awapuhi Keratin Intensive Treatment £14.95" Its by Paul Mitchell but only available in salons and nowhere accredited online, how annoying! So much for the quick fix lol. At least the products supposed to work wonders when you can eventually get your hands on it :-)
3. Recent Juicer purchase through Amazon, a super fast way to top up all round healthiness by getting in more vitamins in one easy drink :)

Whilst i'm still feeling guilty about my hair I think i'm off to do a 2 hour deep condition before haircolour appointment in the hope that when i can track down the one above it wont feel like a waste of time and i'll have perfect locks pronto :-)
Hope you all have a lovely weekend :)

Hello!

Hey everyone!

I'm MsRachy101 from Surrey, England, and although I started a Tumblr a few weeks ago I've caved and started a Blogger, as seems the Tumblr breakaway isnt quite taking off yet. Hopefully you're not thinking, "not another YouTuber with a twitter and a blog!" as I think I have a different perspective being a little bit older than some YouTubers/Bloggers and have 'been there, done that' advice to share :-) I've messed with my hair with disasterous results, i've not been adventurous enough makeup and hairwise and now sort of found my happy medium. In fact at 25 (just 25) I remember when I was at college, Primark didnt exist!and yes it was expensive times! I've learnt the hard way the pieces that didnt stand the test of time, and those that did. I've built up tips over the years of everything from cheap drycleaning tips, fashion finds and the odd financial budgeting tip, spreadsheets can be cool if they help you buy that fabulous french connection dress!Lol but more about fashion!

Today i browsed the Littlewoods Coleen Rooney collection (just a sneak peak the rest is on the website Friday 18th Feb I believe) and there are some gorgeous pieces!!a big old price tag to match though...and at prices higher than Kate Mosses' range for Topshop I was a bit dissapointed. I think i'll order one piece to try, perhaps after seeing the whole range on Friday :-) At the moment this is my favourite: Coleen Applique Detail Dress

Lunch was very productive today, I also ordered a Juicer from Amazon (£30 cheaper than Argos, so well worth checking those price comparison website ladies!) for my boyfriend's birthday, we're on a health kick at the moment and I think this'll be a super easy way to up the vitamin intake. This one you put the fruit in whole, so I think I can cope with that despite seriously lacking in culinery skills lol.

I have done a little bit of shopping the last 2 weeks but havent been able to film a YouTube with the lounge occupied with football watching! Any other girls suffering through the football I salute you, thank goodness for the internet to keep us from boredom :-) and no I dont feel guilty that I refused to sit through the football but made my boyfriend watch Gok's Fashion Fix and My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding yesterday hehe! (If anyone else saw Gok's Fashion Fix, wasnt his Tartan Dress creation totally amazing?!)

Speak to you soon!
